Customization Services

Infoterra's Enhanced Image Products correspond to the TerraSAR-X Level1B Product Specifications that define for example:

• Cartographic projections (WGS84 ellipsoid):
  - Universal Transversal Mercator (UTM)
  - Uniform Polar Stereographic (UPS)
• File Format: GeoTiff (16bit) with annotation information in xml format.

However, customer-specific requirements can be met by applying individual customization services; i.e. one or more of the following modifications:

• Oriented Images OI^SAR: a subset of any geocoded basic or enhanced image product; the map sheet will be oriented according to relevant mapping standards or customer-defined requirements (e.g. administrative boundaries);
• Reprojection of the image product to national coordinate systems;
• Delivery in alternative file formats e.g. NITF, ERDAS Imagine IMG, or PCI Geomatics PIX;
• Rescaling from 16 bit to 8 bit.
