The quickest and easiest way to order TerraSAR-X data is via the distribution partner in your region or by contacting Infoterra's Customer Service team at Tel.: +49 7545 8 4344 or via eMail.

Infoterra's Customer Service Team will be happy to support you in defining the ordering parameters that suit your purpose best, making sure you will receive exactly the TerraSAR-X data product optimized for your specific purpose.

Following a registration process, your data requirements will be reviewed; in case of any remaining issues or questions, these will be addressed and discussed.

You will then receive an acquisition plan, specifying technical details about the requested acquisition, and a financial quotation, which you are requested to sign and return by fax.

Upon receipt of the countersigned financial quotation, the acquisition request will be entered into the system, and you will receive a confirmation. In the following, you will be kept informed about the status of your acquisition.

Unless individually arranged otherwise, data will be delivered via a secure ftp pick-up point, invoicing will follow the delivery of the data.

The Archive-to-Go provides an overview of available TerraSAR-X acquisitions in Shapefile Format. You can download the full archive and open it with a GIS Software to browse. An update will be available regularly.

When you have identified archive images you would like to order, please extract the desired footprint from the database and send it to Infoterra's Customer Service Team via eMail - or directly to your individual Customer Service Contact Point.

If do not have a standard GIS software to view the archive, we recommend the download of ESRI's ArcExplorer 9.2 (supported platforms: Windows, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Linux) via their website free of charge. Open the Archive-to-go .shp-file to your Arc Explorer Project by clicking "Layer" in the main menue and then selecting "Add Layers".

Alternatively, visualize the scenes currently available from the archive by downloading the corrsponding .kml-file [10 MB].
