TerraSAR-X Direct Access Stations

In close cooperation with experienced ground station providers, Infoterra GmbH installs new as well as modifies existing ground stations with a Direct Access Station (DAS) enabling a direct reception of TerraSAR-X raw data.

The DAS typically consists of an antenna, front end, demodulator, reception control, station management, multi-mission archive and the TerraSAR-X Direct Access Terminal (DAT).

In case the DAP/DAC already operates a multi-mission ground station, this is supplemented with an adaptation package and the Direct Access Terminal (DAT) in order to enable the reception of TerraSAR-X raw data.

Following the installation of a DAS, Infoterra provides terminal servicing and maintenance services as well as upgrade and enhancement packages.
