Innsbruck, Austria

TerraSAR-X High Resolution SpotLight Acquisition (1m resolution) of Innsbruck Austria recorded on March 24, 2008.

In the centre of the image the Tivoli-Stadium is visible where matches of the current UEFA European Football Championship take place. The stadium has a capacity of 32,000 seats.

A total of 16 teams will participate in the tournament which is co-hosted by Austria and Switzerland. Besides Innsbruck further venues are Vienna, Salzburg and Klagenfurt in Austria and Zurich, Berne, Basel and Geneva in Switzerland.
