21 CSI chairman and CEO Jeffrey D. Hicks and Infoterra GmbH Managing Director Joerg Herrmann have signed a respective agreement early March, 2009 in 21 CSI's Arlington, VA offices.

21CSI will focus on providing TerraSAR-X Services to the US defense and homeland security marketplace.
